Centre Director
Natalie Erickson

Natalie (Director) Miss

My name is Natalie Erickson and I am the Centre Director at Jenny’s Kindergarten & Early Learning Narellan Vale. I grew up in Camden, south west Sydney, where I attended a local primary school and high school before completing my HSC in 1996. I enrolled at the University of Wollongong and completed my Bachelor of Teaching in Early Childhood in December 1999. I have more than 15 years experience in the Early Childhood field, working with all age ages between birth to 6 years.

I have had training in Child Protection, centre management, team building, First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis, policy development, program development and the Early Years Learning Framework. I am a mentor to any of the Educators who are studying or training to complete a degree and am also the Educational Leader of the Centre. I look forward to continuing to develop my knowledge and experience in the Early childhood field. My philosophy is to always by the best mentor and role model to my team of educators to always ensure that at Jenny’s every child is continually provided with high quality education and care through a safe, caring and healthy learning environment.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my 3 ½ year old son, playing in the park, gardening, playing sports and cooking. I enjoy going on holidays with my family and friends and doing physical culture twice a week.

Centre Director
Brooke Bradbury

My name is Brooke Bradbury and I am the Centre Director at Jenny’s Kindergarten & Early Learning Narellan Vale. I grew up in South west Sydney attending St John’s Primary School then moving onto John Therry Catholic High School where I completed my HSC at the end of 2003.

I have always loved being around children of all ages and have enjoyed seeing the world through their eyes. My love for children is what lead me to the career path I am on today. I joined Jenny’s Kindergarten & Early Learning in early 2004 where I completed my Certificate III in Children’s Services. Following the completion of my Certificate III I then went on to complete my Diploma in Children’s Services and then my Bachelor of Teaching Birth to 5 years.

During my time at Jenny’s Kindergarten I have been fortunate to have had many wonderful opportunities to gain experience working with all age groups as well as directing and mentoring. I have learnt so much along the way and I am always looking to further my knowledge, skill and experience in this industry so I can apply it within my service and be the best director I can be.

During my time outside I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, being active, playing netball and home decorating. Being a mother to a little boy has been the greatest gift and I feel it has made me even more determined to create a loving, safe and caring environment for all of the children attending the Centre and to achieve the highest quality standard possible.
