Hi, my name is Alexandra Gjorevski and I am the Director at Jenny’s Kindergarten & Early Learning Leichhart. My journey with Jenny’s Kindergarten began in October 2008. I began as a causal educator at Jenny’s Kindergarten and Early Learning Oatley. Soon after commencing, I was offered a full-time position where I completed my Certificate III. Over the years, through professional development, I worked my way up to a Room Leader position in the 2-3 Room and was also appointed WHS Officer.
I began working at Jenny’s Kindergarten and Early Learning Leichhardt in May 2016, in a part time Room Leader position. After spending 2 and 1/2 years on maternity leave. Since returning, I have continued my studies and recently completed my Diploma in Children Services.
My objective is to work alongside Families, to ensure the most nurturing, loving and safe environment for all children in our centre. Ensuring that all the Children’s needs are met, taking on board their routines and developmental learning stages. This is done with my fabulous team of Educators and a wide range of age appropriate resources and in depth individual documentation that reflects the Early Years Learning Framework.
During my time outside of work, I love spending time with my family and friends. Outdoor activities are our favourite, allowing us to create beautiful childhood memories for my son.
The journey of motherhood has been the biggest gift in my life and it has opened a new perspective for me, allowing me to be more passionate and dedicated as an early childhood Educator/ Director.
